2008 marks exciting new developments for food and beverage
development as well as for our company. Chef and Product Development
Consultant Juerg Aeschbach is working on shelf-stable and refrigerated
salad dressings with all natural and organic ingredients. He's
also whipping up marinades and dipping sauces using Real Wasabi
™ brand products, making savory butter toppings and experimenting
with bakery desserts like puddings and fruit cobblers.
The winter has been incredibly busy for Chef Aeschbach and his
team. They've just completed flavored soy jerky products for
a health food chain, pasta entrees for retail distribution,
all-organic granola bars and meal kits for a high-end retail
chain.
Where it all begins
Thanks to our growing business, we needed more room! Welcome
